Challenge
Our objective from the digital point of view is to optimize user engagement in pre, during and post conference experience. There are wide arrays of attendees, exhibitors and speakers coming all over the world; it is challenging to encourage people to attend and get everyone engaged in the conferences. First of all, as lots of conferences proceed throughout the year, chaos in information retrieval may happen when updated conference details are not aligned on paper. Also, given that attendees come back and forth between different venues on the conference day,they might miss out a few sessions. Secondly, all the feedbacks gathered in the conference are relying on printed schedules and manual inputs. It is hard to gather all the feedbacks on the spot as the Q&A session is often too short for a hall full of attendees.
Solution
We provide a mobile strategy to discover a whole new way to involve everyone in conferences. One Conference aims to enhance attendees’ experience through three phrases of conference experience- before, during and after the conference.

To ensure event data is secure, only the participants of the conference have a login account and a profile. By selecting an event, it helps attendees navigate through complex agendas, encompassing in-depth content including time, location, the introduction of the event and FAQ. It provides a quick way for attendees to reference up-to-a-minute general information on the go and eliminate the logistical uncertainties that sometimes arise at conferences.

With these useful information, attendees can plan their visit ahead. The app also allows our client to supply attendees with documentation such as speaker bio and the workshop powerpoint. At the end of a seminar, the survey and polling feature allow our client to ask audiences to vote on a number of topics raised and free to make instant opinions. This will be so much easier to track and analyze their preferences and feedback with creating a vibrant participation to engage with their brand.

After the event, participants can tap on the Organizer feature to view the exhibitors and speakers ‘contacts for networking. The Media Library includes photos, videos and pdf files regarding events. Users can also post photos and videos, give likes and comments, add hash tags and tag people on the Activity Feed page. Moreover, the Leaderboard lists the most active participants, which all these encourage further interaction.

Besides, the Swift Event feature enables users to tailor their schedule for their particular business. They will receive push notifications of the following event on the day so they would not miss it.

The inclusion of scheduling, networking and administrative capabilities of One Conference allows attendees to leverage their time at the event. With the data and responses gathered in real time, our digital solution is an indispensable tool to you enabling you to deliver and move your event forward successfully.
